Smoked beetroot with fresh Scottish curds on baby salad

with a walnut oil dressing.

Fish Course

Fresh oysters with Norfolk Binham Blue wrapped in Parma ham in a

tempura batter served hot on a caper sauce.

Old Warden Baccus 2006

Leg of lamb stuffed with olives, lemon and ricotta cheese, served on rosti potato

with a grape and rose geranium reduction.

Saffron poached pear stuffed with apple cheese

served with a calvados sauce
